Tech Mahindra is hiring fresh graduates for their client located in Indore. Student have to join an online training program and successfully complete and pass the final assessment. All students who have successfully completed their graduation in the year 2020 and 2021 are eligible to register for the online training program, free of cost. To enrol for the training program, every student has to clear eligibility and online evaluation, conducted by Tech Mahindra. Student are only eligible to join training programs on successfully clearing the online evaluation. Post completion of the training, every student will be assessed and on clearing the assessment cut off job will be offered to the students and will be placed in city of INDORE, Madhya Pradesh (India). The designation of eligible students will be "Associate Software Engineer" on pay roll of Tech Mahindra.

B. ONLINE EVALUATION FOR FREE TRAINING
All the stundet who clear the basic qualification eligibility will have to clear online evaluation test that includes
The duration of the online assetion varioes from 90 to 120 minutes. Each student will be provided with login credential over the oficial email id submited by the student. Student who clear the cutoff for the online assesment,will be eligible to join free online training. Every student who clear the cut-off for the online evaluation.will be offered an leter of Intent ( L.O.I ) from tech Mahindra to joing the training programs. The LOI issued will have all details and salary structure for the student and also training details.

• 12th or Diploma Marksheet.
• Graduation Degree Certificate (PDC, if Degree not Issued) & Consolidated Marksheet.
• Govt. ID Proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Voter ID / Passport / etc.) (Any 1)

C. ONLINE TRAINING
Each student with be eligible to join free online training that is completed in the duration of 4 to 6 Weeks. The training is conducted on s cutomised syllabus exclusively designed for Tele-Comm sector. Students have to attend each session of online training, failing to attend the online sessions student may not be eligible of final assesment. Weekly assesment of each student will be done by Tech Mahindra staff on the sessions delivered. After each student attends all the session and successfull completely the training, final assesment of each student will be done.
D. FINAL ASSESMENT AFTER SUCCESS FULL COMPLETION OF TRAINING
TECH MAHINDRA OR ITS ASSOCIATES ARE NOT CHARGING ANY TRAINING FEES FOR THE FOLLOWING SYLLABUS. STUDENTS ARE SUGGESTED NOT TO PAY ANY TRAINING OR REGITRATION FEES FOR THE FOLLOWING TRAINING PROGRAM
